The Pouilly Fuisse L’AME Forest is a blend of two complementary, individual vineyards – “Les Tilliers” is planted on calcareous Sinemurian clay soils and “ La Cote” is on Toarcian marl-limestone soils, located on the northern slope of the Vergisson hill. The resulting wine is full, rich and minerally with great length and aging potential. Ripe citrus and nutty oak on the nose. It's full and rich and really tangy. Lovely lemon and stone fruits on the palate. It's clean and pure with a great weight of friuit, oak and minerals. Really classy and delicious, drink over the next 3-4 years.
