This is our 7th release of the Thief. Again made in a deep Rosé style. A little drier too than recently.Made from free run juice -Mourvedre and Grenache with a little Cabernet too. Has a deep salmon pink colour. The nose shows bright cherry and redcurrant with a touch of spice/pepper from the Grenache. It's bright and juicy with redcurrant and raspberry fruit. Has a little grip of tannin which makes this a great food style wine. Dry yet with some sweet fruit, this is if you like our most french styled rose to date. More in the line of a Tavel style. Very drinkable as ever and will be good over the next 18 months.
